1. Service
TryOnHoliday provides AI-generated Halloween costume try-on previews. You upload a selfie; our system returns an entertainment-style costume look. Results are not identity verification, biometric ID, legal evidence, or “deepfake” tools for impersonation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher). By using the site or buying credits, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Acceptable use & content rules
You may only upload photos you have the right to use (typically your own selfie). You must not upload:
- Government IDs, passports, or other official documents
- Photos of children (anyone under 18)
- Photos of other people without their clear permission
- Nudity, sexual content, gore, or illegal content
- Content intended to harass, defame, scam, or impersonate someone
We may refuse, block, or delete generations that violate these rules. Repeated abuse may lead to account or payment blocks.
4. Automated moderation & safeguards
Try-on requests are processed with automated safeguards, including:
- Prompt / instruction constraints that forbid NSFW, gore, and non-costume misuse
- Provider-side safety filters on the image model where available
- Server-side handling so uploaded images are used only to generate the requested look and are not sold as a photo dataset
No filter is perfect. If something goes wrong, stop using the feature and contact us; we will investigate and may disable the feature while we fix it.
5. Credits & payments
Paid looks use digital credits sold as one-time digital goods for generating try-ons on this site. Checkout is handled by our payment partner (Dodo Payments). Unless required by applicable law, credits are non-refundable once a successful generation for that purchase has started. Unused credits may expire if we state an expiry at purchase time.
6. Intellectual property
Costume styles and brand names shown for try-on are for festive entertainment only. TryOnHoliday is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any costume brand or franchise. You keep rights in your original selfie; we need a limited license to process it for generation. Generated previews are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing as entertainment, subject to these Terms.

8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” during the Halloween MVP. Models, features, pricing, and availability may change. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime or a specific visual result.
